The cat’s been here about 13 days. Sheba is surprisingly good about the whole thing. I am amazed by her tolerance for the cat. Sheba definitely, obviously, openly wants to be friends, but Ashy’s still reluctant.
I never knew Sheba was so good till we got the cat!

We had a similar big gray cat we called Smokey. Very sweet cat. 🙂 We’ve always had cats and dogs at the same time, too, with no problems.
they can be friends..and it’s fun to watch..Nate was 110 pound pitty bull dog and he slept with the cats and they kicked his ass if he got out of line..
Clearly the cat is not so friendly…. poor Sheba.
