I’m not in the best of moods today. I’m nearing the end of my C25K program. I was psyched to run this morning. I was talking about how I was looking forward to it with my wife last night. This morning, when the alarm went off, I popped tall, got dressed and got ready quickly. Then I couldn’t find my keys so I couldn’t lock the door when I left so I couldn’t go.

Also, it’s the 4th of July and a big holiday in the US, I’m working.

I wrote a long post yesterday, but it disappeared before I coud post it. About freedom of the press vs fake news. I’ll be re-writing it sometime soon.

Also, I really miss my motorcycle, the cops seem to be doing nothing.

My coffee tastes like shit.
