Got up at 3:45 to take my Mother-In-Law to the airport. Already I’m feeling super tired. Usually, I’m in the shower at this time, or getting dressed, but now I’m already ready for work and tired.

Gonna be a long day, I think.

Maybe a beach lunchtime swim will help.
