Cold Toes

I have cold toes at night. I sleep with my feet under a folded wool blanket, but my toes are the source of the coldness, the refrigerant. The rest of my body sweats, but my toes stay frozen.

I’ve been told it’s poor circulation, but it’s been that way as long as I can remember. When I sleep, I have to have one leg uncovered, and one leg under the sheets. The rest of the coverage is dependant on ambient tempuratures, but that left knee must be in open air. Always with the feet covered.

I usually sleep pretty good too. Do you have any odd sleeping habits?

Time for me to head off to work. Have a great day!
