On my Garmin VivoSport, I’ve made my step goal for 31 days. If you make it, it increases. Today I need over 12000 steps.
I’m thinking about letting it go this weekend. Just take a day off. OR, I’m thinking about doing it every day until I can’t, like it rains or something and I can’t walk/run. (I run in the mornings and walk the rest of the day.
For me, it’s like, I try to keep the device happy, and getting in shape is a side-effect.
Volcano blew up in Hawaii again, it used to go off often when I lived there. I have some friends there that I’ll try to call today. I’m sure they’re OK.
