I bought this honey and it doesn’t even seem to be liquid. I had a bottle at work that seems to have solidified into amber or something. I had an expensive, large jar of honey from the price club and it crystalized into (sugar?) crystals after half a bottle. After that I quit buying fancy honey. I figured IGA brand would be good, but apparently not.
So now, as far as I’m concerned, the only safe brand is Sue Bee
Have you ever experienced fake honey? Apparently it’s a big high profit scam.
Honey never goes bad. Boil large pot of water. Turn heat off. Place jar in boiling water. Honey will look like Honey again. The only food I know of that never goes bad.
