Starliner Astronauts Coming Home.

Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore are finally coming back to earth. They have been on the International Space Station since June, even though they initially expected to stay for just eight days.

They’re supposed to return “this month”

The ‘Gilligan’s Island’ astronauts were stranded when it was deemed unsafe for them to return on the problem riddled Boeing Starliner.

I’m not sure I would mind being stuck up there for 8 months instead of 8 days. It’s over once in a lifetime opportunity. I might be kind of upset at the time, but in hindsight I would probably think it was cool, once I was safe and sound at home.

Anyway, I’ll be interested to hear what they think gravity is like when they get back. And how it feels to take a proper shower.

it’s a holiday here today, Ash Wednesday. I’ll be cleaning the house for some guests who arrive tomorrow.

have a great day
