Just A Few Sun Salutations

The other day, I got up and didn’t feel like doing my morning routine. I said to myself I’ll just do a few “sun salutations and see what happens” I ended up having one of my best workouts, and was very glad that I didn’t skip it.

I learned that an exercise routine has to be like brushing my teeth, I have to do it everyday whether I feel like it or not. Somehow, it seems better when I do it when I think I did’nt want to do it.
