Lack Of Sleep

lack of sleep is killing me. Last night I went to bed at about 10:30 and then woke up about 1:30. I felt like I was awake the whole rest of the night until the alarm went off at 4:45.

I just can’t shut off my brain.

Everything is always one extreme or the other. Either on the hardest worker at work and nobody does anything except me, or I’m a goof off who does nothing all day. Nothing in between.

I lay awake all night, because I can’t sleep, and then when I wake up and I’m supposed to be awake I can fall asleep standing up or in my chair. It’s insane.

Also, since I got back from the US, I seem to have an extra 15 minutes in my morning routine. There’s something that I was doing before that I’m not doing now …

  1. Simple solution that i guess you’ll be fired for, (who would care) or thrown in jail for… (that would suck) …. GET HIGH before bedtime. A couple hits of Indica, and you’ll sleep like a baby! Your personal wellbeing and constant struggle with inability to sleep, is Way more important than some goofy job?! If you “aren’t allowed to” then move. Nobody should be telling you what you can’t enjoy and do, it’s childish….
