Book: Seven Years In Tibet

Version 1.0.0

I saw this movie years ago. I don’t really remember much of it. I don’t know what possessed me to read the book, but while I was reading, I was thinking that the movie would probably be better, because of the visualization.

About halfway through the book, it dawned on my dim little mind that this was a true story and the whole thing took on a new dimension

I’m going to watch the movie again now. Not right now, but in the near future…

The book left me kind of feeling sad . Countries are making things worse and have been for a long time. China wrecked Tttibet, The US and Russia wreck everything. The strong trample the weak and the goodness gets lost. The invaders vs the Aborigines all over the world.

it makes me sad. The good news, and it doesn’t seem too good, is before long, humans will be gone and the earth will reset. It’s a pity that that is a soothing thought.

Depressing. Is there anything good growing on this planet?
