The full moon must have just occurred about an hour or so before I took these shots this morning. (The moon phases and solar solstices, equinoxes and most astronomical events are events that last only an instant, not for an hour or a day.)

Abandoning my rigid morning routine, I stayed and watched the full. moon set this morning for the first time I ever remember.. It wasn’t a crisp, clear moon set, it faded out into the clouds on the horizon. But still, it was something I’ve always wanted to see and I saw it!

I also had an ecellent swim/walk/run this morning too!
