Not really, but I didn’t post yesterday, I didn’t sleep worth a dang, laying awake and worrying about stuff like I haven’t done in a long time.

Did my morning run/swim yesterday, and when I got done, I thought “The best part of my day is over”. But yesterday turned out to be a not-so-bad day.

And I slept really good last night. I woke up for my midnight pee and it was 10 minutes till 5!

There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not glad I live here. This morning the sea was very smooth, barely a ripple. A little hazy to the west, no horizon visible, but cloudless. To the east, pink fading to red, evidence of an imminent sunrise.

Today, work, beach lunch, and back to work and home. That’s the plan.
