Haf a great weekend! A day pass at a Yoga/Meditation retreat on Saturday. It was completely fantastic. Relaxing and spiritual with a lot of new people coming into my life and time spent with dear old friends and teachers.

Sunday was Beach Yoga followed by an excellent coffee and breakfast with some fantastic yoginis, then an event at Eden Rock Dive.Center about a cruise ship terminal that has been proposed and re-proposed as long as I’ve been here. It can’t work. The water is too shallow. It would create problems on top of problems on top of problems, and kill the reef for miles. Vote NO!

And we had a good rain here last night, in fact, it just stopped raining.

Now it’s off to work for another amazing day.
