I finished another workout app. The 1st one I don’t remember the name of. I could probably find it if I wanted to look but, nah
The 30 day programs seem to have three 30 day programs in them
Above is the one I finished yesterday. I finished the 3rd month/program yesterday. Today I had no choice but to repeat. I don’t have a six pack. Mostly the exercises were too easy with one hard one thrown in. The last week’s exercises were pretty good though.
So what’s next? I was thinking about a beginner yoga app, (I took one yoga class once and hated it) or flexibility app. I’ve never touched my toes in my life without bending my knees.
