That title sounds like one of those spam blogs, doesn’t it?
Today, for a little while, while I’m supposed to be working, I’m going to do some research on the sleep cycle. Our mattress is so good I have a hard time getting up in the morning.
Seems like if I set my alarm 15 minutes later or earlier, I could get up easier.
See? already I was mistaken, I always thought REM sleep was the deepest stage of sleep.
Someone was telling me that there are Apps for your phone that “listen” to your breathing and wake you up at the best time in your sleep cycle.
Have you heard of these Apps? Do you use one? Let me know!
Have a good day!
I have heard of these apps, but I am not sure how well they REALLY work. However, my partner got a Fitbit Surge and it tracks sleeping patterns. It is really quite interesting! Pretty expensive to get the Surge if you are just using it for tracking sleep, but there are cheaper alternatives out there – Fitbit even makes one for $100.00. This app has gotten rave reviews though: http://mysleepbot.com/
