8:30 Bedtime Experiment

Last night, as an experiment , I went to bed at 8:30 instead of starting to get ready for bed at 9 and getting into bed at 9:30 or 45.

The other day I went to bed at 8:00 and got an “excellent” sleep score, which I don’t think I’ve ever done. Last night I went to bed at 8:30 and got a “fair”, which is like usual, but it felt like a really good sleep and I feel good now..

I had nice dreams of being at picnic tables on the beach with lots of friends.

I’m going to have to experiment with this. It seems nice, going to bed at 8:30. Like an old old old old old old old old old man. But I do love waking up early.
