I just read that Necco went out of business, so no more candy hearts this Valentines Day! Woe is me!
I just saw this on Pic-A-Day. I tried to comment on his post, but couldn’t make my cursor come up in the comment box, so he doesn’t know I stole his post.
This was on the news. All is not lost. Spangler said they did not have time to get manufacturing up to speed this year.
“Sweethearts, the conversation heart candy, is missing from shelves this Valentine’s season. Necco, the candy’s original producer, went out of business last year. The candy’s new owner, Spangler Candy Company, plans to have Sweethearts back on shelves next year.”
And I also have a problem with the one person that has a google plus comment section of their blog. It says I have to sign out. I hit OK, then comment, and it shows me as commenting. Go figure.
My wife said she saw some in the stores, they must be last years, but all is not lost!
