Today is Constitution Day, holiday here in Cayman.

Below is a picture I just took from where I’m sitting right now. Drinking coffee on my back porch.

Ive been mostly trying to wrap up my 30 hours of live zoom classes for my yoga teacher training, then all that will be left is the class sequencing assignment.

I wanted to be done by July 11th, cutting it close, if I make it at all.
