I bought a microwave /convection oven last week. So far, I’ve made a bag of popcorn. Last night I went out shopping for things to cook in the new unit. There’s nothing but garbage! Burritos and egg rolls?

What can I make in a microwave ? I remember when microwaves first came on the market, the selling point was “boil water in a paper cup!” Amazing! That was impossible before microwaves.

Before I built the house, the apartment I rented out of microwave, since then I haven’t had one or needed one. Thay was 20 years ago. Why did I buy one now?
