
That I could wake up feeling better than I did when I went to bed..

Just once?
I think I woke up screaming last night. Not screaming scream, but Aaaaaahhhhh!. I woke myself up. Sleeping to me is horrible, full of nightmares and negativity. I always wake up feeling like crap. I need my morning yoga and meditation just to pull myself together enough to make it out the door. I don’t know what I did before yoga and meditation.
Then I get home from work exhausted, stay awake until I’m not tired anymore, then go to bed. Insane
