I think they don't know and just guess.
Typical internet service…sometimes it takes calling the manager or one of their tecky men to come fix it. Probably a lose wire..or a squirrel bit through your line…hope you get it fixed soon. I hate it when my computer is down…makes me quite grumpy. Merry Christmas Mark …debbie
