today is a holiday here in the Cayman Islands,, The King’s birthday. Starting tomorrow I’m on vacation for 6 days. I will be working on my roof.

here’s a photo from yesterday. A man was sitting on the dock when I went for my swim. Meditating I’m sure. Also I noticed that there’s all new boards on the dock. Very nice.

Apparenrly yesterday was Global Wellness Day. My watch face me an award for my normal morning walk swim run yoga…

This morning I’m taking a yoga class from 8:30-9:30, then diving at 10. Lhen burgers for lunch. Then hopefully I won’t be too tired to continue my roof painting project.
