Morning Exercise

This morning I went walking the loop with ankle weights on 10 LBs each. I didn’t run at all. The only thing is, it doesn’t get the heart rate up.

Also I changed my routine slightly. Normally I get up, shave, exercise, make coffee, shower, dress and drink coffee. This morning I got up, exercised, shave, shower, made coffee, dressed then drink coffee. And post. Seemed to work better.

Coffee is goooood this morning!
