My visitors arrived yesterday afternoon, we went to the beach and then out for dinner and it was a good night.

Ha! At our age, it doesn’t seem funny to go to bed at 9. 😉 Afternoon naps are pretty OK, too.
Oooooh, if I take a nap, I can’t sleep. I have to be very careful.
