Its a crisp morning , cloudy. Tomorrow should be warm again. Yesterday was a good day, I went to all the stores, Walmart and Target, didn’t buy anything at either one.

Did a strenuous hot Yoga class that was great,! Makes me want more. (Practice every day anyway)

Today seems like a good day to go with the flow and see what comes.
