I set my alarm for 5:55 so I could get up and start getting more exercise.
I woke up at 4:30, laid there and laid there, finally got up and made coffee, and now I’m here in the pre dawn dark, starting to get sleepy again.

  2. i got up at 4:30 and made pies..then at 8:30 my granddaugher called and wrh is in lockdown..7 oldies are sick with virus..so jk's is off..fuck.hmm, wonder if I have moss on my….nah..the verification word is slong.

  3. I know. It's terribly hard to get up so early, drink some coffee and find the caffeine makes you sleepy instead of getting you going on your exercise. Bummer. My rooster is my caffeine in the not-so-bright early morn and like it or not, I've got to go out to the coop and let the flock out so they can eat and let me stumble back, thinking I can get a few more winks, and find, those winks just ain't happening. Bummer. Get some good winks tonight.

  4. I could never make myself get up early to exercise. Always wished I could. But it's all I can do to get up in time for work. So I wind up doing my exercising in the afternoons and evenings.
