This afternoon I was driving to go do a dive at Funky Town and I saw these twin waterspouts. I’ve seen lots of singles, but I think this is my first double. I pulled over and took pictures. I think it’s cool the way you can see the disturbance where they touch the water.
On the dive the current was too strong to make it across the sand flats so we stayed along the mini wall. Since I was planning on a deep dive, I didn’t have my camera with me then.
It’s a Friday night and I’m sitting home alone again. Oh well. Tomorrow is an early day any way.
Very cool pic! I’ve never seen one of those with my own two eyes. You get to see some pretty awesome things there. ahhhhhh Sorry to hear that you didn’t get to do the deep dive you’ve been wanting to do – but it sounds like you guys were smart and stayed safe since the currents were strong. Going diving tomorrow??
WOW! That picture is so cool! I would love to see something like in real life – it’s not dangerous is it?
Don’t feel bad, I was home alone on a Friday night as well. That picture is really neat! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Awesome picture. You get to see some really beautiful things where you live. I love the color of the water in the picture too.
Amazing!…I’ve never seen 2 at once, like that!…We get them here once in blue moon, too!
I’ve never seen one of them! That’s too cool.I think I’m living my tropical life vicariously through you now. I really love the pics, keep ’em coming.
