Although it’s now twenty years old, this is the first new song I’ve heard that I liked in,well, more than 20 years.
It came with a playlist I downloaded for my phone.
I like it quite a bit. It is said that MTV killed rock n roll and I don’t know, but the new artists don’t seem to play any instruments or have any musicians on stage.
My blood pressure checkup went well, I will find about my blood composition today.

Above is a photo I took this morning for the full moon setting. I took it with my phone. I know it’s not very good but I think it’s cool and the moon was beautiful.Today I have a follow-up check up about blood pressure.
And i ruined my breakfast. I poured a bowl of cereal and then when I poured the milk on, it was curdled it was good day before yesterday. I’m disappointed/angry.
Plus i don’t know if I mentioned it , but last Thursday my home internet quit and it’s still not fixed. I’m posting this using the cellular data plan. Crabby.
Last week I bought a new garden hose and sprayer. Look at that beauty! What color is that? Turquoise? And the new spray nozzle! Deee-vine!
I am probably much too thrilled about a simple hose and sprayer, but I think they’re both great!
Like i said yesterday, there was no diving for me last weekend,but I did do a lot of yardwork and gardening. I split up several plants to make babies and fertilized an made little anti chicken fences around a few of the bigger plants. I’m using a product called Black Kow, it’s cow poop but doesn’t stink.
I hope to get some fruit off the fruit trees that thus far have bore nothing.

it was a windy weekend here. First from the south, then from the north. There was no shore diving anywhere on the island this weekend.
I went to an art show at the Westin on Friday, a friend had her art on display. Quite nice.
i did a lot of yardwork, gardening. Repotting plants and splitting up others to multiply them.
it was a quiet weekend and I can’t think of anything to report. Winds should decrease on Tuesday. Have a good week!
I got the above message yesterday. Twice. On my ride to work this morning I’ll see if the price has gone up.
My internet is intermittent again. I turned off my phone wifi and am using cellular data to post this.

I have the Insight Timer App, and use it quite frequently. One thing that I always find humorous is the way all meditations seem to always start: “Gently Close Your Eyes”. What are the options? “Slam them suckers shut”? ‘Hammer down those eyelids”?
How does one NOT “gently close ones eyes”?
anyway, i think it’s a hilarious thing to say.

Super cool, beautifully preserved ship the Endurance was found in The Wendell Sea.
Read the article and see the video HERE. The ship was trapped in sea ice for a long time before being crushed and finally sinking. The crew made their getaway by walking across the ice and small boats.
I think it’s a very interesting article and beautiful ship. 10,000 feet is too deep and Antarctica is too cold for me to dive though. Or else I would!

I meant to post at 200, but now it’s 210 days in a row I have been studying with Duolingo. I almost lost my streak once but found a way to earn Stars. (Once you run out of stars, they try to make you pay.) But by “practicing” lessons, you can earn Stars. Then you can complete a task in order to continue the streak.
My mother and sister fly out tomorrow. At first it seemed like 2 weeks was too long, but now it seems like 2 weeks is too short.
it’s another Monday, ugh. I slept ok, feel pretty good. I got a negative covid self-test this morning.(twice a week for work) and the weather is looking good for the next couple of days.

Had a strange sensation this morning. My sleep was “confused”. It is hard to describe, like my thoughts didn’t fit together. There was something obstructing the flow, if that makes sense. It was weird and uncomfortable and I don’t want to spend any more time there
