I bet there’s a post with that same title on this blog.

I dropped off my bike for a tune up and it was supposed to be ready last Wednesday, and I still don’t have it. 

I also need a new lawnmower. (Pretty sure I’ve said that on this blog before too)

The weekend  was uneventful.

Today it’s back to work.

Today I’m delivering the contents of a safety deposti==it box to a friend who is visiting at East End.

The BBC news today says that Obamacare is dead. Thank God for that. Obamacare would have prevented me moving back to the US, even if I wanted to. EVERYONE I know had their annual medical costs go up to $30,000-$40,000 per year. I could have never afforded that. And for not being able to afford it, I would have had to pay hefty fines, like a criminal.

The prices will probably never go down to what they were, I think Obama did serious and permanent damage to the US.

My Wife and I have been watching the TV show Grimm on Netflix. It is quite good. The stories have a loose connection to Grimms Fairy Tales.

The main character is a Portland Oregon detective, and all the crimes he gets seem to be perpetrated by these monsters. It’s really quite good!

It seemed like a big jump between week 3 and 4 in my C25K. Week 3 is runnung 3 minute and 90 second segments, week 4 is 3 minute segments and 5 minute segments. I did it Ok, but dang! That’s more than double the running time. But, I set records for quickest mile and longest run!

Yesterday was our 8 year anniversary. We bought each other pottery and went out to dinner. 

One year ago this minute, our airplane was just about landing in Rome. That was a great trip!

There was a bad crash at East End last night. 3 tourists and one local killed. 2 survived, a baby was one of the two.

It was almost a month ago that I caught a cold. It’s all gone now, except the cough. My Wife has the cough after the cold too. Quite annoying.

I want to want to quiit cigars. But I don’t want to. 

Today is out 8th wedding anniversary. One year ago we were headed to Italy.

Yesterday we had a lot of rain. Today is looking less so.

I have to cut down a tree in my yard. It’s in the way of the driveway. I planted it, more tha half a decade ago. I don’t think I have the right to cut down a tree. It’s like murder, except I won’t get in trouble for it.

I feel bad, but it has to be done.

It’s Friday, Our audit at work finishes today, (did I mention that earlier?)

The C25K is going well. Run 90 seconds, walk 90, run 3 minutes, walk a little run 90 seconds, walk, run 3 minutes. I enjoy it. Down to 4 runs from 8 when I started.

An Air Force Hurricane Hunter C-130 visited Cayman yesterday. I went on board for a tour.

It was very nice. The plane smelled like my ship in the Navy. Wonder what that smell is?

It’s a really really nice morning. Not a lick of breeze.

Got up this morning and did my running, started stretching the distance a little further.

I really like the C25K (Couch to 5K) program.
