I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but I jusy cannot post. I need a change. I don’t know what needs to change, but I have no ideas. I feel like I post about the weather every day.
I gotta think about it. Any ideas?

Good Morning!
It is a cloudy, lugubrious morning, there’s an eclipse going on now that I can’t see because of the clouds. But it’s not cold and windy and it’s supposed to start clearing up this morning.
This has turned to a weather blog. I’m not sure of a direction for this blog. Quiet times are good times, and nothing has been happening for me to post. For months.
I’ve been thinging about it a lot, and I’ve been through times like this before. I will get through it.

Blog Poll
Yesterday I got an email about my blog. This student at the University of Southern California. I’m not going to put his name here without permission, but he is studying how people present themselves on the web, and how machines can utilize the knowledge encoded in these presentations. Sounds a little scary, teaching machines how to dig deeper into our lives, but i took the survey, and enjoyed it.
I’m wondering if any of my billions of daily readers recieved a similar email, and if they took the poll?

Today’s going to be a hot, sunny day and I’m going to the beach at lunchtime! It’s early morning and Crux is high in the sky.

Forgot All About It
I forgot all about posting in the afternoons, ’till I sat down to post this morning.
Night before last I had some weird dreams. One, I dreamed a chicken was flying through the door, and I swatted at it to keep it from flying in the house. I swatted the nightstand and woke myself (and my wife) up. Didn’t break anything on the nightstand. It was like an 8-bit chicken though, think 1980’s video game.
In another dream, my wife said “You’re always asking me if you can help me, now I need your help, and you won’t help me”. I sat bolt upright, looked around, wife sleeping, all quiet. I laid back down and went back to sleep. No video in that dream, just her voice. This one’s bugging me a little.
Now it’s Wednesday, I’ve been driving the car for about two weeks. Hasn’t rained on me. Might take the scooter today. It’s been thunderstorming every day, just not on me. It HAS rained at work, while I’ve been inside, maybe I better take the car…. We’ll see.

Poor Lil Blog
I was just looking at WordPress’s “Freshly Pressed”. There are some amazing posts. It makes me wish my blog was better. I don’t have topics. Maybe I shouldn’t post first thing in the morning. It’s been part of my morning routine for years, coffee and post. But my brain isn’t up to speed in the morning, I don’t think, (how would I know?)
I love my camera, and I carry it around everywhere but seldom use it. Blog posts need photos, I think. I wish I had a job that required me to take pictures. Maybe. I never really had that thought before till now, when I just typed it. I’m 55 and still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up.
I was sleeping very deeply when the alarm went off this morning. I feel very dazed. Just started cuppa coffee #2. Maybe I will try some afternoon postings for a while. Maybe I won’t. I don’t like to be indoors when it’s daytime. I can’t see my internet device in the sun. Maybe I need to make some changes. My life is routine, routine, routine. I think I like routine, maybe I don’t.
I don’t know, I’m rambling.

Same Mistake Over And Over
Morningtimes, when I usually post my post, I frequently have trouble with a topic. I have a list on my phone entitled “Topics”, which is empty.
Throughout the day, something happens, or I think of something that would be a good topic, and I think “better write it down”. Then I think, “Nah! I’ll remember that, it’s soooo good!”
Next day over and over…”What was that great topic I had?”

Thursday Thinkin’
It’s Thursday, Tomorrow is Friday. This week has been both slow and fast.
I don’t have anything to post today (seems like I never do anymore)
Went to bed at 9 last night, slept good. No dreams no nothing. Alarm went off and I set the timer and slept another 30 minutes. Now I’m running late this morning, but I’m not too worried about it.
Although the Operations Training this week is very interesting, and in some ways better than regular work, I do miss the beach lunch hours. Next week will be back to normal.

Yesterdays Post FAIL!
Yesterdays post didn’t upload, and when I got to work, the post content was gone. It had a lot of pictures.
The new WordPress app has problems. I can’t get to the tags, till I exit and re enter and then edit.
Anyway, I don’t want to wake up bitching this morning. It’s FRIDAY!!

Workaround For WordPress App
You heard me complaining the other day about the update to the WordPress app that loads all the photos instead of letting me steer to a folder. Well, I found a workaround. I can go to the photo album app, select images and then “share” them with WordPress. Then I have the option to send them to a new post or add them to the media library.
So here’s still more U/W photos.
