No Title Monday

Not much to say today.  Got the blahs really bad.

I need a new backpack, I moved into a new old one that I had but I don’t like it. I need a new backpack.

Went diving yesterday, it was good.

The new version of the WordPress app I use to post posts, I dislike it. When I want to upload an image, instead of being able to steer to the folder I want, it shows all the images on the device. And I can’t see the name, I have to select by using the tiny sliver portion of the image they show you. It shows newer images first.

I’ll have to write a letter to the developer. Instagram is doing the same thing now. I’m about ready  to be rid of Instagram. I already got rid of Pinterest.

Sorry about the volume control in my screenshot.

Anyway, I’m sure I’ll feel better tomorrow.

Ten Year Blogversary!

Today marks 10 year anniversary of this blog. I didn’t even know what blogging was. I just wanted to find out and thought “Oh great, you have to make an account just to see one.”

This blog hasn’t much quality content, but it’s something I enjoy.

I Forgot My Device!

Yesterday I moved into a private office, instead of a cubicle. Its really not a big deal, just a little bit nice.
No merit on my part, one guy moved out, and I jumped on the opportunity.

I seem to be going through a difficult patch right now. It’s hard to post on my blog.

It is cold this morning, the cold front that went thru the Florida Keys is crossing here now. Hear me whine!

Yesterday was a holiday here, ash Wednesday. It was good having the day off but my head thinks it’s Monday instead of Thursday. My head will be in for a nice surprise tomorrow!

I am going through another phase where I want to do audio posts…..

Above are pics from lunchtime yesterday. I wonder if it’s the same school of  fish and the same barracuda from previous posts.

I (sometimes) take pictures, mostly I want to put them here, but sometimes I post them on Facebook, then I feel like I’m repeating myself by posting them here. Plagiarism of me by me. 

I passed my final real estate test yesterday. Now we’ll see what’s next.

I don’t have much to say today. Kinda woke up and didn’t sleep too well after 2.

Dreaming of the Weekend

This morning, before the  alarm went off, I was dreaming it was Saturday. 5AM is awful early, and it seems to be getting earlier.

I am studying for test 3 for the real estate license. It is very difficult. They give you sample questions, and I cannot find the answers in the text.

It was supposed to be rainy today, but I don’t think it’s going to be. Scooter to work and beach for lunch!

I feel like I need to start putting more effort into this blog. I never know what I’m going to post before I post it.

At the end of this month, I’m going to see my Mom in Maryland, USA. Just outside Washington DC. It will be cold. I’m compiling a list of things to buy and people to see. I’ll be there from a Thursday to a Tuesday.

I don’t have much excitement about going to work today.

Spotted Eagle Ray, Christmas Gift from The Wife

I’m headed back to work this morning after a nice break.

Today is a regular workday, tomorrow, half day I believe. Thursday, Holiday and Friday is FRIDAY!

Not much to report, Christmas was good. I can’t really  account for my time,  I went to the beach a couple of times, took a lot of naps. I didn’t accomplish anything, didn’t study, didn’t mow.

It was hard to wake up this morning, still dark, without the alarm, I’ve been sleeping till it got light.

Oh  yeah, I have a toothache, a bad one. Top right, next to the back. Made an emergency trip to the dentist yesterday, got x-rays, a visual inspection, and was told they don’t see anything wrong. What do I do now? Another dentist? It hurts all the way up  to my eye, nothing can touch it. Can’t sleep. Either wait for it to go away or go to another dentist..

Wednesday Cold Cold Cold

It is so cold here I couldn’t even do my exercises this morning. Instead I took Sheba out running. It was less windy down on ground level.
She’s so fat that she was wanting to stop before we had gone even 2/10ths of a mile.
The temperature has plummeted way down probably to about 70 degrees F. Not counting wind chill, there’s a strong wind blowing from the north.
Brrrrrrr!

Can I get some sympathy?

My scooter needs new tires. 14000 kilometers on the bike. Seems like not a lot. How long should tires last?

I didn’t post yesterday, I couldn’t think of a topic, and I couldn’t post ANOTHER post about no topic, so  I took a small hiatus.

For me, the peak of the Humpday Hump is now, as Friday is a half day!! Yip Peeeeee!

A few weeks ago, I won one of Penelope Marzec’s giveaways, a book and a tote bag! We have been blog buddies for  a long time. As I always  say: “Blogging is for finding new friends, Facebook is for finding old ones.”

I was very excited to receive her package yesterday! In the giveaway, Penelope said she would send the book of my choice (by her, of course) and I said I wanted her to choose for me. She chose the ‘The Pirates Wraith‘, about a modern day woman who gets strick by lightning and wakes up back in Pirate Days! It sounds like a book I am going to enjoy and an an exceptional beach read!

The bag is very nice too, and very heavy  duty material and a velcro closure. We use these bags in The Cayman Islands for groceries as the grocery store charges for each plastic bag. Even  though when my wife took the above photo and said the bag looked “Just my speed”, I’m going to give it to her. She likes using a bag like this to go to the beach, and this is by far the best one out of all we have!
