Greatest Post Ever!
Yesterday, again, I had an idea for today’s great post. The little voice said “you better write it down, you’ll forget.” The big voice replied “Not this time this one’s too good to forget!”
Well, guess what? The topic was so good it couldn’t be contained by the human mind. It is forgotten.
There was a really good rain this morning. I checked my ex- leaky, fixed-by-me, gutter and it seemed to be not leaking. So that’s good.
The news this morning said Facebook reported a decline in traffic and their stocks are down. People are leaving.Tomorrow is FRIDAY. I hope there’s good weather so I can go diving!
Emergency Post
Woke up this morning, and in the dark, I dropped my phone. It shattered the screen. Bad. Trash can bad. So I had to go to work and get that new phone I was so unhappy with. The Ulefone. It’s my phone now.
Contractors are coming to start the tile job. They were supposedly off between Xmas and New Years, but apparently not.Thwarting all my vacation beach and diving opportunities.
Anyway, just a quick post becaause it’s Monday, and I post on Mondays.

Aaaand Itsanuther Mundee!
It’s Monday again, and since I posted all my underwater pictures and weekend report yesterday, I have nothing for today.
Yesterday, I cleaned my workshop area a little, just the workbench and the junk on the floor, and stowed my generator for the non-hurricane season which starts in a couple weeks. I went to an evening barbecue yesterday, in the evening. Good chicken and ribs and potatoe salad.
Below is a picture of Lee Lee thee cat sleeping in a potted plant. It’s unusual because the wind was blowing quite strongly but I guess the shelter and comfort was sufficient.
This morning is still quite cloudy and quite windy but but the weather should improve soon. Hopefully I can swim my half mile at lunch, rain or shine.

Underwater Pics Tuesday
I had a really cool topic for today, one that I could never forget. I forgot it.
I went diving Saturday and Sunday last weekend and it was very nice.
Yesterday at work, I put in vacation requests for my 18.5 days that I have to use by the end of the year. Is pretty much, I’m taking every Friday off and almost every Monday off until 2022. I had to submit a separate leave request for each day.

Sleep Tests & Adjustments
I was going to post a picture of the cat, but the cat moved. I’ve been trying to get a specific shot for 2 days and both times she follows me when I go to get the camera.
I’ve been trying to improve my sleep. My sleep monitoring app says I’m sleeping pretty good but I don’t feel like I am. I think I’m fooling it by laying still and relaxing even though I’m awake.
I am experimenting with the bed, changing blankets and and etcetera. A few months ago I got new pillows and slept really well for a few days after that. I was excited to go to bed to test the new pillow. Nowadays I can’t tell if I’m too cold or too hot and I’m switching blankets this week. It seems like I always wake up at regular intervals, and the regular intervals stay the same. It’s weird that I can’t tell if I’m sleeping well or not.

Fighting Ants
I don’t mean ants that fight each other like jousting or duelling, I mean I’m having a battle with ants in my house. I think I won the battle of the bathroom and now I’m attacking a regiment in the kitchen. I am attempting to secure the perimeter and cut off supply lines to the multiple armies with which I battle.
That means I sprayed all around the house with this ant killer spray. Wherever concrete meets diry
What’s I found an ants nest in a picture frame.
It’s an ongoing battle.
Outside in your flower pots if a plant suddenly starts to die odds are there’s an ant colony inside eating the roots
It seems to be a Caribbean wide problem, everybody I know has the same thing.
And it’s almost Friday!
Wednesday Washout
It’s Wednesday. I have nothing to post. So here’s a bunch of funny pictures.
Yesterday, my weather apps unanimously called for no rain, it poured and flooded town and I got soaked on my scooter. It didn’t rain a drop here. I’ll be watering the plants before going to work today.
I guess I’m driving today.

Sidetracked
I sat down with my coffee this morning to post.. Then I started reading emails. Then, because of the angle of the sun I could see dust where no dust was seen before. So I dusted. Then I remembered I made myself an overnight oats, So I ate the overnight oats while I read article about color e-readers.
Now it’s almost time to walk out the door to go to work and I haven’t posted yet, so this is it.
Last night for supper I actually made chicken tikka masala, which came out quite well. I will try it again soon.
