When I had my cataract surgery, I received a printed handout from my ophthalmologist. That printed handout says “no swimming for 2 weeks”. My operation was 2 weeks and 2 days ago,

My faulty memory thinks my opthamologist said wait until after the first week in August I’m ready to swim now and feel like it would be okay, but perhaps I should wait another week?

What say you? I say swim. I know I shouldn’t scuba dive because of the pressure, this includes snorkeling because of the mask, it’s like a suction cup on the face (and eyeballs). And for lunchtime sea swimming I wear goggles, which again is like a suction cup on the eyes too, so I reckon I better wait.

I bought this honey and it doesn’t even seem to be liquid. I had a bottle at work that seems to have solidified into amber or something. I had an expensive, large jar of honey from the price club and it crystalized into (sugar?) crystals after half a bottle. After that I quit buying fancy honey. I figured IGA brand would be good, but apparently not.

So now, as far as I’m concerned, the only safe brand is Sue Bee

Have you ever experienced fake honey? Apparently it’s a big high profit scam.

It’s Monday again, after a nice quiet yet pleasant weekend . I did a lot of reading, and have some minor repairs underway. The weather stripping came off one of my doors, I was hoping I could repair it, but I’m going to have to replace it

Looks like we may have the next storm headed out way too.

So far, everytime I look, the track seems a little bit more and more north, which is better and better for Cayman.

Thursday I went and saw the movie Despicable Me 4. It was good, but I think the franchise is winding down now. I don’t think they’re putting as much energy into the script writing anymore.

But it was good! However, I would recommend you wait until you can see it at home instead of at the theater.

I realize it’s old, and has lived longer than its life expectancy, but you don’t sell your old car without making arrangements for a new car, and I think that the space station should be replaced before the old one is destroyed.

it was a nice weekend. Did beach yoga and went diving. No diving for two months. No exercise for not as long.

It’s the final Friday before my surgery, my final weekend diving for at least two months. My final exercising for I don’t know how long. My final work day for more than a week..

I feel like my life is ending Monday. I’ve never took a week sick time in my life.

How many people die from cateract surgery? How many times does the procedure leave the person blind?

I’ll be glad when it’s behind me!

SInce I switched to GoDaddy, WordPress has been very different on my Android phone with Chrome than it has on my Android tablet with Chrome.

On my phone, I type a post and press “Publish” and it takes me to a menu list of options frommwhich there seems to be no escape. To go back warns me that I’ll lose everything, and there’s no way forward.

I can’t comment on your blogs, because it tells me I must sigh in to Google. Which I am and have done again to no avail.

It actually can’t be GoDaddy, because it’s only my phone, not both devices. I installed Firefox and the symptoms were the same.

Weird. … Workin’ on it!
