Made it through the first day at work yesterday. Woke up needing coffee big time this morning.

Feels Like Monday, But It’s Not!
Feels like Monday to me, because I was off yesterday. Had a good time with my cousins. Hadn’t seen them in two years.
Went out running this morning wirh my new shoes. The soles didn’t fall off.
The weatherman calls for rain today, but I’m taking the scooter, ’cause I don’t believe him.
I think it’s going to be a great day!

One Day Vacation
I’m off today, one day vacation. Cousins coming on a cruise ship. Cloudy and rainy weather unfortunately. Oh well.
They seem to come every other uear or so…

It was a good weekend. I went diving, the pics are still on my camera, i rekkon if any are good, you’ll see them tomorrow.
Sadly, this weekend, my friend from the navy went home, and the Redskins lost. I guess it’s all about Kansas City now.
The Wife is going to Florida tomorrow for a couple days, So as always, if you don’t hear from me, send someone looking. Bring sandwiches!

Good Weather Day
Today is going to be a great day, even by Cayman standards! Wish I didn’t have to work, but still, there’ll be a beach lunch!
I got up at the usual time, but I’ve been waiting till it got light enough to see to type. So far, I can’t tell that the days are getting longer. Soon though.
I got a new keyboard/case for my tablet. I really like it!
It’s a whole new tablet now! I had my friend from the Navy bring it down when he came. He’s still here, and has been enjoying the beach while I’ve been working.
Well, I have to get readdy to go to work, so HAVE A GREAT DAY!
Tuesday One
It’s the first Tuesday of the year. I’m Having trouble typing in the dark. It’s cold and windy and it’s supposed to rain, but the stars are out. I can hear the rough sea to the north.
I have a headache and I don’t feel very well.
I’m taking the car today.
I haven’t been doing my exercises in the morning because we’ve had company since the beginning of December.
I’ll be glad to get back home after this day is done.

Back to Normal (for a few days)
We went and saw the christmas lights last night. My wifes parents left this morning. Things are all quiet around here.

Work Today, Work Tomorrow

Father in law arrived last night. Good to see him. I didn’t know that the Wife was taking off today. I’m the only one working today. (Yesterday, the deserted office made me think I was the only one working yesterday too).
At the same time my father in laws flight arrived, a charter flight from the Dominican Republic arrived. If I wasn’t happily married, I might want to visit there.
Lots of big booty getting off that plane!
So now I’m getting ready for work. Today and then half day tomorrow. I can make it!

Tuesday hump day!
It’s Tuesday on a short week.
Today my father in law arrives. My wife and i are going to give them the “good bed” and sleep on an air mattress.
It was very hard to wake up this morning. I think I was chasing a frog in a dream.
I’m drinking coffee and it’s very good.
Yesterday I took the car, because it was supposed to rain. It was sunny all day. Today it’s scooter, no matter what! I feel so “mortal” in the car, stuck in traffic with the common folk. On the scooter, I go around and through like a ghost.
Hope I don’t get wet!

Flashback Friday: Bambi on the Big Screen
I remember seeing the movie Bambi in a theater with my Mom. I especially liked Thumper.
I remember being shocked when Bambi’s mom died.
I was 3 or 4 years old. I thought the movie was for people much older than me, and that I was too young to be exposed to such horrific violence.
It’s a cloudy day. It’s supposed to clear up this afternoon though.
My mother in law arrives this evening. That’s good!
I’m starting to get the annual Christmas fear. What am I going to buy? How will I pay for it?
