I am glad the weekend is almost here
Yesterday I didn’t post yet nobody showed up at my house with sandwiches. What’s up with that? I asked you guys to keep an eye on me. It’s allright, the Wife is coming back tonight!

Finally it’s Friday! The first work week of the year will soon be behind us! I am ready for the weekend!
Not much to post about other than that. My Navy friend leaves tomorrow, it’ll be sad to see him go.
The weather has been beautiful, except it’s so clear that it gets really cold at night. I woke up with a stuffy nose this morning and I hope I’m not going to catch a cold.

I remember seeing the movie Bambi in a theater with my Mom. I especially liked Thumper.
I remember being shocked when Bambi’s mom died.
I was 3 or 4 years old. I thought the movie was for people much older than me, and that I was too young to be exposed to such horrific violence.
It’s a cloudy day. It’s supposed to clear up this afternoon though.
My mother in law arrives this evening. That’s good!
I’m starting to get the annual Christmas fear. What am I going to buy? How will I pay for it?

Heading back to work this morning. Feels like Monday, but it’s Friday. I don’t know what I was thinking, I should have taken off today too and gone in on Monday.

Glad it’s Friday. Long week. Weather has been nice. I rode the scooter since Tuesday, first time since the 7th.
No plans for the weekend. Halloween tomorrow. I’m gonna be a Star Trek dude. My costume is a Star Trek T-shirt. The wife and all our friends have very elaborate costumes they’ve been working on for months. Not looking forward to spending the evening with a bunch of people who are drinking and drunk.
Hope I get to the beach this weekend and I’d love to go diving.

Saw this movie the other day. It was very good. Of course, you have to see the first one first, which is also outstanding.
The only parts I didn’t like was when the hotel manager was rude to the lady guest, but in hindsight, I wasn’t supposed to like it.
I’m not going to get into the plot here, but I say really really good, 5 stars. I’ll be watching both again and again.
Everything will be all right in the end, so if everything’s not all right, so if it’s not all right, it’s not the end! And: There’s no present like the time!

I used to have Pinterest on my phone, but I lost interest! (Haha! that rhymes!)
Seriously, what is it? I posted some photos, “pinned” some other peoples photos, but what’s the point? I gave it two tries actually, installed it a year or three ago, never saw the point, deleted it after several months. I reinstalled/uninstalled again a few months ago, thinking maybe I missed something..
I still get emails several times a week, saying someone “repinned one of my pins”
If anyone could explain it to me, I’d appreciate it.
