Inner Space 2009

I think it officially starts tomorrow, but today I am diving the first day of my annual rebreather dive vacation: Inner Space.

I’ll be diving every day for the next week, most dives will be too deep for my camera, unfortunately.

Things could be worse

I have approximately 480 hours of comp time, and 39 days of vacation, all to use before the end of the year.

So it looks like I’ll be working 3 day weeks for about the rest of 2009.

I don’t really view this as a good thing. I have work that I need to do.

I’d rather just be paid for my comp time. Comp time is hours I’ve worked extra that I have to be paid back for.

Not to mention that I’m worried about being bored.

This morning I woke up, had some breakfast and coffee, went back to bed for a nap, and got up again, all before most people got up the first time!

Boy, I gotta learn to take it easy!

Tomorrow the last of the wedding guests leave, my new brother in law and sister in law. It’s sad for me when guests leave.

We rented a big van for hauling everyone around!
