I’m glad this week is over, I entered this week with no hopes of it ever ending, and because of that, it went quick and mostly painlessly. (First week back after vacation time off….)

Yesterday I left work and went on an emergency dental run. I had a toothache so bad.. The night before, it was sensitive to cold ery bad, and yesterday, It got worse and worse.

The dentist re-did the filling on the hurting tooth, it still hurt as the novocaine wore off. I had pretty crappy sleep the last two nights.

This morning, it doesn’t seem as bad. I’m wondering if it’s part sinus infection from my cold last week, I’m still pretty stuffy headed.

My dentist has been saying for quite a while that I need a root canal… The filling goes very close to the nerve. Why do teeth have nerves anyway?

I started a new abs program after my morning run. This morning was the first day. I like it so far.

Last night I had a dream that my sister put sticks on my car, a 1975 Plymouth Gran Fury, that my Mom and Dad had when I was in high school.

After that, my wife and I fled my evil sister and mom, and lived a life on the lam. It was strip clubs, sex toy shops and cheap motels after that. But mostly I remember drivin the car.

Right before I woke up, a very tall, thin woman with short blue aluminimum foil hair was leaning down to kiss my wife. Then I woke up.

I haven’t been posting much lately, I was on vacation, my cousins were here, and I was sick. Yup, I was sick almost exactly perfectly the same time as my vacation. got well just in time to go back to work.

Got the house sold, their bank refused to wire the money to Cayman, so the realitor is FedEx-ing a check.

The buyer delayed the closing till the 30th.

I don’t know what the deal is.

I’v been sick on vacation, bad sore throat, cousins fly out today.

Today is the closing day for selling my house in the USA.

We’ll see how it goes.

On Facebook I’m in a group calld “Steampunk Tendencies“. It’s a pretty cool group, because of the pictures and videos.

In the group, they said that the movie ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” was a steampunk movie. I saw Chitty Chitty Bang Bang when I was a kid, and thought it was good at the time. So I started wondering what other steampunk movies there were. So I looked it up.

Last night I watched the first half of Going Postal By Terry Pratchett. I was quite good! It’s about this con man, who gets put in charge of the Post Office instead of death. At first he resists, but then things start going pretty well. Then he starts having dreams (hallucinations?) of the people he wronged when he was a con man, including the woman he’s falling in love with.

At the same time, the Post Office competition, a kinda flashing light telegraph service, is trying to foil his post office successes. And there’s more!

Suprisingly good plot, really really nice visuals, I can’t wait to watch part two.

Today three cousins arrive from Costa Rica. I’m taking vacation days while they’re here!

The Wife planned a trip to Stingray City for Saturday, but the weather is quite rough. In fact, it’s so cold and windy, i had to wear a jacket for my walk this morning. I’ve driven the van for the last two days, and am again today. The weather should be improving by Sunday.

Also, today is PAYDAY!

Jetpack is a service I have for my blog. It notfies me if the site goes down, and it is giving me problems. Yesterday, I couldn’t post. This morning I couldn’t reply to a comment. Warning message said Jetpack stopped me because of some code..

A month or so ago, Google was whining to me about disc space. I had to delete a bunch of files on my G-Drive. I saved google.

Now my hosting company is whining about the same thing. Apparently, this blog is now 11.7 gigabytes in size.

Wonder how I’m gonna fix this. Can’t delete anything. Lots of my old posts have the pictures missing anyway.

I dunno, gotta make a phone call today…

The sea was flatter today than yesterday. Good run and swim this morning. I weighed 180.0 on the scale this morning. Can’t wait to hit the 170’s!
