Its Monday, it had quiet weekend. Last night I went to a cookout on the beach after spending the morning at home Helped the Rabbi build a Sukkah in the daytime.

I was driving to work last month, thinking that I needed a landscaper to clean up the rocks in my yard, then this vehicle passed me and I took this picture.

I called them up and they came and gave me a very reasonable price quote. They were supposed to come and it rained, they missed several dates for several various reasons. Once they were actually here and it started raining. Not explicable and not their fault.

Yesterday,. they finally show up. I was on my way to work and pass them on their way in.

They started to know and apparently one of my neighbors from across the street? (I don’t know who) came and complained and said it was a law that they can’t start moving before 9: 00. There’s no such law!

So the landscapers took off to go do another job. Apparently they went through a roadblock, and there was a problem with their trailer. Without the trailer, apparently they can’t do business.

I try to go with the flow, and the flow usually seems to go with me. I’m thinking oh I need a landscaper, look there’s a landscaper! I thought it was natural that it would all work out, there is just been bizarrness

the landscaper is explaining to me that he can’t use his trailer. I said “why don’t you just put the stuff in the truck that pulls the trailer?” It was like he never thought of that. So now hopefully they’re coming over today in the truck without the trailer.

I also pointed out that if they had just waited till 9:00, we wouldn’t have gone through the roadblock.

People just need to relax and go with the flow.

On a road where I walk in the mornings, maybe a year ago they installed a non-existent speed bump. I say non-existent because the hump was so small you didn’t even need to slow down for it. Walking over it I could not detect the speed bump. This morning, they have ripped it out and they are going to install a new speed bump I imagine it will be much “bumpier”. I bet they get a lot of people who drive down that road, and don’t slow down for this particular speed bump suddenly have a big bump and whack it really hard!

My theory always was that the original speed bump installer was one of the kids who race their cars.on that street..

im pretty sure I could detect the moons relatively rapid movement as it slowly sinks lower in the sky below Venus. Look at the upper left photo and the lower right photo. The positions of a Venus and the Moon are slightly different..

I bought this mat for my ex, who said she wanted a yoga mat. She said she didn’t like it, too heavy, and never used it. This was years before I started yoga, and when I did, this was the first mat I used. But, I didn’t really like this mat either, because of its history, being for my ex. So I bought my own mat. Then another, then another. Since then, I’ve used (and worn out) several mat. Then I came back to this one, as my experience recognized it as a really really good mat.

I noticed there were no other mats like it or similar, and not even the yoga store owners could identify it. It’s clearly a Manduca, but seems unique.

So finally, the other day, I emailed and asked about this mat..below is the reply I received

This thrills me to no end. I know it’s a dumb thing to be overly happy about, but it really does.

I have another unique seeming mat, it’s a Manduka Pro too, I’m sure, but it is a little longer and a little wider than standard sized mats and I love it because it was a very special gift from a very special teacher. I kinda set it aside and saving it from wear and tear, although it doesn’t seem to wear and tear at all.

It was starry and clear overhead, with a nice Crescent Moon but there was a lightning storm out at sea. The lightning was constant. It was quiet with no thunder.
